3 Bed and Breakfast on Rians, in the Var in Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur. Villa Otilia is a charming guest house for all travelers looking for a quality environment in a relaxed atmosphere.
Perched on a hill at 457 meters altitude, on the heights of the village of Rians in the Var, Villa Otilia is a modern house with all the comforts, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Delightful stop for all lovers of calm and unobstructed views, our contemporary house is perfectly integrated on the ground of 5700 m2, raised, preserved and surrounded by forest and has a panoramic view on the Mont Major and the surrounding forests.
The Pujade is a peaceful place, where we welcome you with ease so that your stay, business, tourism or simply relaxing stays a privileged moment.
The 3 guest rooms of Villa Otilia, all very comfortable, warm and welcoming, are located on the ground floor. They are sober, bathed in clarity and lightness. They are equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.

The swimming pool (15 x 5 m) will be at your disposal from mid May. Children will have to be supervised by their parents to access them.

Built as a snail around the ancient keep of medieval Castrum, Rians is a village of character surrounded by wooded hills and vineyards.
The village is dominated by its church of the nineteenth, Our Lady of Nazareth.
Remarkably located in the Haut Var, on the borders of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Vaucluse and Bouches-du-Rhône,
Rians enjoys a dry and sunny climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year.
35 km from Aix-en-Provence, 40 km from the Gorges du Verdon, 60 km from Marseille, 60 km from Lake St. Croix, the region is rich in many castles, museums, historical monuments and small Provencal villages.
In the vicinity of internationally renowned festivals: The Avignon Festival, Aix en Provence and its festival of lyrical art and music, Châteauvallon national scene, the choregies of Orange, Vaison danses at Vaison-la-Romaine, the international festival of piano Roque d'Anthéron, or the festival of classical music Lourmarin.
20 km from the tomb of Saint Marie Madeleine Saint Maximin de la Saint Baume, or Vauvenargues and its castle restored by Picasso.
Although away from major tourist routes, Rians, like all the villages of Haut Var is at the gates of the Verdon, and offers all the assets to discover the Haut Var and surrounding departments.

- Water sports, golf, fishing in the Verdon, or auto sports on the Sambuc circuit.
Without forgetting the beaches of the Blue Coast to the Riviera, at 1 hour 1 h30, and for the mountain lovers the Alps with less than 2 hours.
